The native win32 port of the Qt library is going to have the following features:
- Complete gpl licensed replacement for win32 environments
- based on the gpl'ed Qt/x11 sources means there is no licensing problems with any
commercial trolltech license
- supports Cygwin, MinGW, MS Visual C++ and Borland host environment
- supports Cygwin mount table under non-cygwin environments - improves Cygwin interoperability
- base of a future native KDE port (superflous due to the release of a gpl'd Qt4/win32 by Trolltech)
